Spocto X, which describes itself as India's leading AI-powered collections platform, announced a partnership with Delhi-based NBFC Finagle Financial Services. The stated goal is a unified digital collections system combining agentic AI engagement, cloud calling, predictive dialers, real-time task automation and automated settlement, backed by a CRM giving a single view of each borrower. Spocto says the integration went live within 20 days.

Gaurav Kumar, CEO and MD of Spocto X (a Yubi company), called it part of "a broader shift in the industry as lenders move from seeking tools to seeking transformation." A Finagle spokesperson said the priority was a platform combining speed with strategic intelligence as the company scales.

Worth flagging plainly: this ran as PTI wire copy carrying a company press release, not independent reporting. The figures attached to Spocto X's own scale — 5.5 crore+ monthly accounts managed, 8.9 crore+ borrowers protected from turning into NPAs, ₹50,000 crore+ in credit losses avoided, 60+ institutional clients — are the company's own claims about itself, not numbers a journalist verified. Treat them as marketing copy, not audited figures.
